Presume that all Sarantican cities are nation-state capitals and that the nation and city share the same name. Similarly, if any island contains only one city, that island bears the name of the city.

 

Please note that while the landmasses are all roughly in scale to one another, the waterways may not be to the same scale, although they are roughly in proportion to one another. As in, you may safely use the map in order to tell which island is closer to which, etc. I would simply not make detailed navigational plans by this map. This is a political map, with none of the details that navigational charts would and do possess. : )
