Okay, the name should be semi-obvious - these are ethnic Afrennen who live in Cho, or were born there.

However, when you live on an island with a very different economy, climate, and legal system, even if you don't have much truck with the natives...things begin to shift. When you're born there, and occasionally run with the native lads, things shift even more.

We're still working on the details, but the long and short of it is that Afrennen-Cho aren't really Afrennen, and aren't really Cho. They are, however, entirely themselves.
